The Miles issue has been the elephant in the room for a long time now, I think. I didn't know when it would come out, but I knew at some point it would.
Habit is such a powerful thing that I don't know if this is a true turning point or not. It's at least a new way for them to see things. Will it stick? Time will tell. :-D
