He did, with Jake's clothes coming in second. I always dreaded seeing what horrendous get up they'd stick him in next, not only bad cuts but hideous colors and patterns. You'd think with his genetic enhancing, they would've also given him color vision. Miles, on the other hand, was an extremely sharp dresser!
I would hate being stuck between Garak and Kira, too, particularly with someone around whose opinion mattered to me. Otherwise, I'd probably throw my hands up and just let them go at it until they worked something out or got so disgusted with each other that one of them left. That was an insanely fun scene to write!
