I'm not sure where Toad is from. It has been a while since I followed the X-Men comics. They got so stupid with crossovers and whatnot, I finally threw my hands up.
Seriously, our cold weather lasts all of about two months tops, if that, and it's not cold the way you'd view cold. Not. at. all.
