Well, that was one hell of a rollercoaster ride! I do love how you keep dipping in and out of the episodes with ease, taking just enough detail here and there to give a sense of how much time is passing, and how long Julian and Garak are continuing to dance around each other. Love, LOVE the comparisons between Bashir and Odo in an earlier chapter, and how Dax has almost reinvented herself as an intermediary between Garak and Bashir, and how she reveals facets of both men now necessarily to each other, but to the reader.
