Thank you! They're annoying me, too! I wanted to smack Rom for manipulating Garak like that, but he is devious when it suits his own ends, and he's angry about Julian flirting with Leeta. :-D

I'm not a full on B/O'B supporter, but the implications even in canon are pretty hard to ignore, so I had to go there somewhat at least. Decla was born to be hated, really. I'm glad she fills her role.
